There are 3 easy ways to book your reservations:

 

1. Web Site. Visit www.abilene.stayhgi.com, select dates and click continue. Scroll to Special Accounts and input the Group/Convention Code: HMI. Follow the directions to reserve your room.

 

2. HGI Abilene Local Number. Call (325) 690-6432, inform the Reservations Specialist that you would like to reserve a room in the Holistic Management Group or give them the Group/Convention Code: HMI.

 

3. (877) STAY-HGI. Call (877) STAY-HGI (877-782-9444) and inform the Reservations Specialist that you would like to reserve a room with the Group/Convention Code: HMI.

 

Room reservations must be made by February 11, 2009 to ensure the group rate.

 

 

Transportation

 

 

Abilene is three hours from the Dallas-Fort Worth Airport. Those guests who are flying into Dallas will need to rent a car or investigate ground transportation. For more information on the services available at the DFW airport, visit their website.

 

The Hilton Garden Inn does not provide shuttle service to/from the Abilene airport. However, there are several companies in town who offer shuttle and/or taxi service:
