Overview
The regenerative journey can be a challenging one and there are many stresses along the way that make it easy to not take care of yourself while you're busy taking care of the land. Learn how Gail Fuller began his journey of self-awareness and self-care so that he could address his depression and better learn how to connect to the land. One of the first steps was to identify his strengths and weaknesses as he addressed his beliefs and habits around diet, mental health, and spirituality. In this workshop participants will have the opportunity to work in small facilitated groups to identify their own strengths and weaknesses and determine what might be barriers to healing as well as identifying supports to make a lasting shift on this journey towards health and wellness.
