Liability Waiver Consent Terms
By registering for or attending this event/workshop organized by Holistic Management International (HMI), I acknowledge and agree to the following:
1. Assumption of Risk: I understand that participating in this event/workshop may involve certain risks, including but not limited to physical activities, travel, and interactions with others. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation.
2. Release of Liability: I hereby release, waive, and discharge Holistic Management International, its directors, employees, volunteers, affiliates, and any associated venue or organization from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising out of or related to my participation in this event/workshop, including any injury, illness, loss, or property damage, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
3. Medical Treatment: In the event of an emergency, I consent to medical treatment deemed necessary during my participation in this event/workshop. I agree to assume responsibility for any associated costs.
4. Compliance: I agree to follow all rules, instructions, and safety protocols provided by Holistic Management International (HMI) and its representatives during the event/workshop.
By registering for or attending this event/workshop, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agreed to this Waiver of Liability in full.
Media Release and Consent Agreement
By registering for or attending this event/workshop, I hereby grant Holistic Management International (HMI) permission to take photographs, videos, and audio recordings of me during the event/workshop. I understand that these materials may be used for promotional, educational, or other lawful purposes in various formats, including but not limited to social media, websites, printed materials, and other marketing tools.
I waive any rights to inspect or approve the finished product or materials and understand that I will not receive any compensation for the use of such media. I release Holistic Management International (HMI) from any liability related to the use of my likeness or voice.
By participating in this event/workshop, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agreed to this Media Consent Agreement.
