Sarah Williford

Sarah is a farmer who co-founded and managed East Brook Farm in Walton, NY, which included a CSA. She's been farming for 16 years and uses Holistic Management and permaculture practices. Sarah served as HMI's Beginning Women Farmer Program Coordinator for HMI's USDA-funded BFRDP Program from 2012-2015. She also coordinated the NE SARE Professional Development Program working in collaboration with HMI and the Center for Agriculture Development and Entrepreneurship on the program "Whole Farm Planning for Agricultural Educators." She also taught for HMI's Whole Farm Program for the "Grow the Growers" farm incubator program in Albuquerque, NM and served on HMI's board.
