When Garry Richa

rds left his job as a pharmacist, he was determined to make a living on his farm, returning home to an 1,800 acre grain farm in the late 1990's. Today, that farm has grown to 4,000 acres, and is now a grain and livestock farm, with 1,500 seeded acres, 2,000 acres of perennial forage and 500 acres of native pasture.
