Here at HMI, we're always on the look-out for interesting agricultural blogs. I've just discovered the The Green Valley Farm Blog. It's published by Daniel and Heather Driscoll who practice holistic farming in Eastford, CT. Their most recent blog is written by HMI collaborator, Emily Brooks. She takes a look at the mismatch between today's food industry and the local food system. It includes an an excerpt from Joel Salatin’s latest book, Folks, This Ain’t Normal. It's a good read!
