Overview
Traditional land management approaches often overlook the unpredictability inherent in agriculture. Enroll in our Holistic Management® Foundation Online Course to gain a comprehensive understanding of the four ecosystem processes and learn to adapt and refine your strategies to meet evolving environmental challenges and opportunities.
This course will equip you with the skills to manage your farm or ranch effectively through the principles and practices of Holistic Management — a nationally recognized whole farm/ranch planning methodology. You will learn to manage your operations for social, environmental, and financial sustainability, and acquire the ability to assist others in this process. Enhance your observational skills, decision-making abilities, and resource management techniques, and learn how to facilitate similar processes for others. These skills will enable you to work harmoniously with nature, increase productivity, and share valuable insights with peers.
Holistic Management provides the knowledge and frameworks needed to address challenges effectively. This online course is designed to establish a strong foundation, helping you realize the farm or ranch of your aspirations, and equipping you with tools and principles to navigate obstacles while remaining true to your core values.

Your Presenter(s):
Angela Boudro, Holistic Management Certified Educator
Angela Boudro has worked in agriculture her entire life, with experience on small and large farms managing a wide variety of animals, markets and clients. She earned her B.S. in Animal Science and Agricultural Communications from Purdue University and her M.S. in Animal Science from UC Davis. She previously owned and operated a brush control business using goats, specializing in invasive plant management and fuels reduction. She and her husband also started an aquaponics-based farm and currently raise grass-fed lamb, pastured meat birds and eggs, and chemical-free honey. Angie is passionate about regenerative agriculture and spent 15 years consulting with private landowners. Today, she focuses on running the ranch, homeschooling her kids, and teaching a variety of courses.
